About this position

Sciences Po’s AxPo is recruiting a Research Assistant / Postdoctoral Researcher to join Olivier Godechot’s research program on social group splits.

The project examines how and why social groups divide, including cases such as team moves in finance and business law, as well as political party splits. It also looks at the consequences of these divisions for organizations and society.

This is a one-year position based in Paris, France, running from September 2026 to August 2027.
