BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway, invites applications for its four-year PhD program in business and economics, with scholarships available for the Leadership and Organization specialization. The Department of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour is recognized for its high-impact research and frequent publications in top-tier journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Human Resource Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Leadership Quarterly. MBA degrees do not qualify. Final-year Master of Science students are encouraged to apply. Applicants must prepare and upload a comprehensive set of documents, including degree certificates and transcripts, a diploma supplement, a detailed project proposal (5-10 pages), CV, at least two letters of recommendation, a list of publications and relevant activities, a signed verification document, and TOEFL/IELTS test scores (waivers available under certain conditions).
