After 12 wonderful years at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the Bernstein Center for Computational Neuroscience Berlin - BCCN Berlin, I’m excited to share that I have taken on a new role as Director and Full Professor of Machine Learning for Clinical Neuroscience at the Hertie Institute for AI in Brain Health, part of the Medical Faculty of the University of Tübingen, funded by the Gemeinnützige Hertie-Stiftung. I’m looking forward to building and growing this center alongside my colleagues Philipp Berens, Christina Bürger, PhD, and many others. At my new Department of Machine Learning for Clinical Neuroscience (https://lnkd.in/ebP58zqw), we will advance #machinelearning and #deeplearning models to analyze complex medical data including #neuroimaging and behavioral data to serve clinical questions in #neurology and #psychiatry.
