We’re excited to announce a cutting-edge # PhD opportunity that sits at the intersection of # biomechanics , # physiology , and # psychology - all aimed at making distance # running more sustainable, enjoyable ánd injury-free.

This project tackles that challenge head-on by:
???????? Analyzing movement to prevent injury (e.g. EMG, VICON, Runeasi,...)
?? Monitoring load-recovery metrics in real-time (e.g. HRV, sleep, VO2 kinetics, fNIRS,...)
?? Boosting motivation through social identity and behavioral science

?? Our goal? To develop smart, personalized, and evidence-based interventions using wearable tech + psychological strategies to help runners stay injury-free and motivated for the long run.
