The role also involves conceptualizing and conducting behavioral analyses of video-recorded interactions, developing coding manuals, training coders, collaborating with an international research team, performing statistical data analyses, and preparing scientific publications and conference papers. Applicants should have an excellent Master's degree in Psychology or a related field, strong scientific aptitude, commitment to teamwork, and excellent social skills for working with children and parents. Experience in empirical research and statistical analysis is advantageous. Fluency in English and German is required.
