About this position

Postdoctoral fellow position available in the laboratory of Professor Shee-Mei Lok at Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore.

The project is in in situ structural biology with a focus on virus structures, especially flaviviruses such as dengue and Zika viruses. The lab works with the cryo-EM facility at the National University of Singapore, which is equipped with G1 and G4 Titan Krios microscopes and the Arctis system for high-throughput cryo-FIB milling.

Applicants should hold a PhD and have experience in cryo-EM or crystallography. Experience with cryo-FIB milling and subtomogram averaging is preferred. This is a research-focused postdoctoral opportunity in structural virology and advanced electron microscopy.
