This full-time, fixed-term position is for 2.5 years (with possible extension to 3 years), offering early-career researchers the opportunity to advance research on place-based politics, inequalities, and polarization, while developing their independent academic profile.
The successful candidate will join a vibrant research environment, collaborating with partners such as the LSE Data Science Institute, UK Labour Party HQ (Data & Insight), Opinium, and the European Election Studies. The postdoctoral researcher will be embedded in and help run the Public Opinion Analytics Lab (POAL), a collaboration between the University of Reading, LSE, and the University of Southampton. There is also the possibility to work from the LSE Data Science Institute for one year.
