Postdoctoral fellow in Cryptography
The University of Luxembourg, a leading international research university, is offering a postdoctoral fellowship in cryptography within its Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM). The successful candidate will join the Applied Crypto Group, led by Professor Jean-Sebastien Coron, and contribute to cutting-edge research projects in cryptography. The group focuses on topics such as fully homomorphic encryption, public-key cryptanalysis, side-channel attacks, and countermeasures, providing a dynamic environment for advanced research and collaboration.
As a postdoctoral fellow, you will shape research directions, produce results in one or more of the core cryptographic areas, contribute to teaching activities (up to 90 hours per year), guide PhD and MSc students, and disseminate findings through scientific publications. Applicants must hold a PhD in cryptography, have a competitive research record in the field, and demonstrate fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
