Previous research experience in microbial ecology, genetics, marine biology, or a related field is required, along with excellent teamwork, communication, and laboratory skills.

Excellent teamwork, written and oral communication skills, and good laboratory skills in DNA extraction, PCR, qPCR or similar are essential. Experience in microalgal culturing is desirable.
