What's required

Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of the project topic and subject matter, analytical and research skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Experience working with diverse stakeholders, high self-motivation, and strong organizational skills are required. Desirable qualifications include working knowledge of cognitive, educational, or developmental psychology, experience with teaching or group facilitation, awareness of deprived community contexts, and familiarity with statistical software such as R-Studio. A formal Disclosure and Barring Services check is required for the successful candidate.
