Two new PhD openings as part of the Global PhD Partnership program between KU Leuven (Belgium) and Melbourne University (Australia): our project will aim at tackling the membrane performance and process limitations of Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEAs) for CO2 conversion. We have a truly strong, interdisciplinary and international team: Prof. Xing Yang, Prof. Ivo Vankelecom, Dr. George Chen and Dr. Mengran Li, covering expertise in membrane fabrication, transport phenomena through membranes, process design and Membrane Electrode Assemblies for electrolysers.
