MSc, PhD, and Postdoc Positions in Medical AI, Computer Vision, and MRI at Technion Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Israel

The Medical AI & MRI Lab (Shimron Lab) at the Andrew & Erna Viterbi Faculty of Electrical & Computer Engineering, Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, is seeking MSc, PhD students, and postdoctoral researchers. The lab's research focuses on developing advanced computer vision and deep learning algorithms for medical imaging, optimizing sampling methods, theoretical work on inverse problems, and designing and running MRI scans. Additional interests include 3D printing related to medical applications.

Applicants should have a strong background in signal and image processing, machine or deep learning, physics, and proficiency in Python. The lab offers a dynamic research environment at the intersection of medical science, computer science, and electrical engineering, with opportunities to contribute to impactful projects in medical AI and imaging. Candidates will work under the supervision of Efrat Shimron and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
