This unique position at Radboud University combines a PhD trajectory with a substantial teaching role in corporate law (ondernemingsrecht) at the Van der Heijden Institute, part of the Faculty of Law. As a Docent/Promovendus, you will spend approximately 70% of your time delivering and coordinating legal education, primarily at the bachelor's level but also at the master's level. You will guide students, coordinate courses, supervise theses, and be a key contact for student inquiries. The remaining 30% of your time is dedicated to your own doctoral research in corporate law, with structured supervision and support.
