I'm excited to share two unique and fully funded PhD positions in my lab at the University of Toronto (Canada) for September 2025. The positions are open to domestic and international students.
One position is available for candidates with experience and interest in cardiovascular imaging, women’s cardiac health, and lifestyle interventions and will involve a joint-PhD program with the University of Melbourne (degree conferred by both institutions) and co-supervision by Dr. Erin Howden (Baker Institute). The candidate will spend at least 12 months of the PhD in Melbourne, Australia. More information and expressions of interest: https://lnkd.in/gUSmVPTn
One position is available for candidates who currently hold or would be eligible to hold registered dietitian credentials in Canada who are interested in the integrative approach of diet and exercise in the prevention and/or treatment of chronic disease (primary focus on cardiovascular disease and cancer (and cardio-oncology) in women).
