The AMIAD Laboratory in Paris is inviting applications for Postdoctoral Researcher and Permanent Research Scientist positions in the field of Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence. The lab focuses on research at the intersection of machine learning, multimodal AI, uncertainty quantification, robustness, and reliability, with strong connections to real-world applications and industrial partners. Key research topics include trustworthy and reliable machine learning, uncertainty quantification and robustness in deep learning, multimodal AI (covering vision, language, time-series, and more), foundation models, large-scale learning, human-centered and responsible AI, and the evaluation, generalization, and reliability of modern AI systems. The lab seeks highly creative, independent, and motivated researchers with a strong publication record in top-tier conferences and journals such as NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, EMNLP, and AAAI. Applicants must hold a PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, NLP, or a closely related field, and demonstrate strong mathematical and experimental skills, the ability to conduct independent research, and excellent English communication skills. Only European Union applicants are eligible.
