The Gene Delivery and Cell Engineering Lab at the University of Pennsylvania, led by Prof. Dr. Carl June, is inviting applications for Research Specialist C & D positions. The lab is internationally recognized for its pioneering work in CAR T-cell therapies for solid tumors, utilizing both in vitro and in vivo tumor models and advanced T-cell engineering techniques. This research contributes directly to translational medicine and has significant clinical relevance, including FDA-approved therapies for leukemia and lymphoma.

Applicants will join a dynamic team focused on the development and application of adoptive immunotherapy for cancer and chronic infection. The June Lab is part of the Perelman School of Medicine and the Center for Cellular Immunotherapies, offering a collaborative environment with access to cutting-edge resources and expertise in immunology and cellular therapy.

Ideal candidates should have research experience in cellular or molecular biology, immunology, or related biomedical sciences. Experience with tumor models and T-cell engineering is highly desirable.
