DYNAMIS PhD Programme: Up to 5 Fully Funded Predoctoral Fellowships in Biomedicine at IDIBAPS IDIBAPS in Spain

The August Pi i Sunyer Biomedical Research Institute (IDIBAPS) in Barcelona, Spain, is launching the DYNAMIS PhD programme, offering up to five fully funded predoctoral fellowships in biomedicine for motivated scientists. This prestigious programme, co-funded by the European Union, is designed for outstanding candidates from any nationality and scientific background who are eager to address real-world medical challenges. DYNAMIS fellows will be co-supervised by both a clinician and a translational scientist, providing a unique opportunity to engage directly with patients and tailor research to clinical needs. Applicants can select three preferred research lines from 27 available, covering diverse areas such as cancer, neuroscience, liver and digestive system, metabolism, respiratory, cardiovascular and renal pathobiology, bioengineering, and biological aggression and response mechanisms. The programme offers comprehensive training through doctoral schools and institutional courses, as well as multiple career development opportunities. Fellows may also undertake secondments at international institutions or in industry, leveraging IDIBAPS’s extensive network of Associated Partners.
