The University of Glasgow's College of Social Sciences is offering the ERC LawAtWork PhD Scholarship for research on 'The Rule of Law at Work: Breach of Workers' Rights and Public Faith in the Rule of Law.' This project investigates the hypothesis that breaches of employment law may be more difficult to detect, remedy, and prevent when artificial intelligence and other novel technologies are used in recruitment, management, and monitoring of workers. The scholarship is funded by the European Research Council (ERC), covering full tuition fees and providing a stipend for living expenses.
