A great PhD opportunity for Computational Modelling Physicists or Medical Radiation Physicists.

RadInnovate has an exciting PhD Scholarship available! Based at the University of South Australia, you will be working with Prof. Eva Bezak , Dr Stephen Tronchin and Madison Williams-Hoffman , to model radiation dose exposures in BHP Olympic Dam mines sites.

This is an industry co-designed PhD project as part of the ARC Industrial Transformation Training Centre, so you will work with BHP for up to 12 months, with some travel to the mine sites.

Australian industries have an acute need for a future-ready workforce equipped with sophisticated radiation and nuclear skills. The preferred applicant will receive a living scholarship allowance plus a top-up scholarship of $8,000 per annum.

If you hold an undergraduate degree in Physics or Medical Radiation Physics, with a strong background in Computational Modelling, please consider applying.
