About this position

PhD position

Open joint PhD position between Faculté de génie - Université de Sherbrooke and Université Internationale de Rabat on the hyperthermia induced by magnetocaloric materials for cancer treatment. This project is funded by Fonds de recherche du Québec . The overall objective of the PhD is to identify and characterize the best materials for this innovative cancer treatment. Magnetocaloric nanoparticles are injected into the tumor site and heated by a magnetic field. It enables to better control temperature compared to simple magnetic particles, while having a lower frequency for the magnetization/demagnetization cycle. Don't hesitate to postulate by sending us your CV, transcripts and an example of scientific report.
