The Food Consortium Industrial Doctoral Landscape Award (IDLA) is offering five fully funded PhD opportunities in collaboration with leading UK food companies and top universities. These positions are designed to address major challenges in the food system, with projects spanning consumer-centric product evaluation, aroma chemistry, machine learning for flavour modelling, sodium reduction in frozen foods, and the impact of yoghurt on gut microbiota and satiety.
