I’m excited to announce that my German research partner, Prof. Matthias Weiss (Zeppelin University), and I have been awarded a Weave Lead Agency Procedure (Weave) grant for our collaborative project on managing innovation projects in teams!
This prestigious funding, provided by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation) in collaboration with the Fonds National de la Recherche Scientifique (FNRS), supports bi- to trilateral research projects under the European Weave Lead Agency Initiative.
Our project focuses on how teams navigate transitions in innovative projects, and we’ve been granted funding for two Ph.D. positions.
