Position Summary:

• Carry out oligonucleotide synthesis on solid supports (small and large scale, including high-throughput syntheses).
• Solution-phase synthesis of nucleosides and nucleotides and derivatives.
• Purification and characterization of products (HPLC, PAGE, UV, NMR, CD)
• Conduct in vitro, and cell-based assays
• Work with and assist graduate and undergraduate students
• Participate and present at group meetings

Qualifications:
PhD in Chemistry
