PhD students are invited to join AIT and contribute to innovative, multidisciplinary research projects. Candidates may select a specific topic from AIT's list of PhD positions or propose their own research topic, provided it aligns with AIT's research areas. Applicants should possess a Master's degree (or be close to completion), demonstrate enthusiasm for new technologies and innovation, and show a passion for solving industry-related, application-oriented problems. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in German and/or English are required. The PhD project duration is three years, with a gross annual salary of EUR 34,507.20 for a 30-hour work week, based on the collective agreement.
