The team is part of Université Côte d’Azur, Inria, and CNRS, and is known for its interdisciplinary approach, integrating computer science, linguistics, philosophy, sociology, and law. Research topics include argument mining, argument and counter-argument generation, argument quality assessment, explainable AI, and applications in political debates, healthcare, law, and social media.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or Computational Linguistics. Applicants should have strong programming skills and fluency in English. Knowledge of Natural Language Processing and Argumentation is preferred, and French language skills are appreciated but not mandatory.
