Dr. Yijing Xie from Electrical Engineering Department, UT Arlington, is seeking one Ph.D. student to join her research team in Fall 2025. The position is fully funded by NASA. The research topic is robot control and reinforcement Learning. The ideal applicant should have strong programming skills in Python and ROS and theoretical foundation in optimization, control, and reinforcement learning.
