Funding
The position offers a gross monthly salary between €3,059 and €3,881 for full-time employment, in accordance with the Dutch universities' collective labor agreement. Benefits include 232 vacation hours per year (based on a 38-hour workweek), end-of-year bonus of 8.3%, holiday allowance of 8%, and extensive opportunities for personal and professional development. The contract is temporary for four years, with an initial 12-month appointment and extension upon positive evaluation.

Requirements
Applicants must have a Research Master or Master’s degree in social or environmental psychology or a related field. Strong quantitative and experimental research skills are required. Organizational skills, perseverance, and competencies such as conceptual ability, presentation, planning, and monitoring progress are expected.
