Responsibilities include strengthening the CBS department team, supervising internships, projects, and laboratory practicals, and actively participating in program life through organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences. The postdoctoral researcher will also engage in collective projects and external missions of UM6P, providing support to PhD and Master’s students in report, thesis, and final-year project writing. The role is integral to implementing CBS department objectives, fostering internal communication, promoting cooperation, and maintaining a harmonious working environment to enhance efficiency and academic excellence.

Applicants must hold a PhD in Process Engineering or an equivalent degree, with relevant experience in research and development, particularly applied industrial research. Required skills include hybrid expertise in process engineering, formulation, and materials chemistry, experience with pilot-scale trials, a strong publication record, proficiency in French and English, and excellent writing and communication skills. Teamwork aptitude and knowledge of computing, programming, or modeling are advantageous.
