Postdoctoral Fellowship in Systems Thinking, Sustainability, and Innovation at Ivey Business School

The Ivey Business School at Western University in Canada is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to join a dynamic research team focused on systems thinking, sustainability, innovation, and design. The successful candidate will support Innovation North, a research-practice initiative that integrates systems thinking into the corporate innovation process to foster better businesses and societal outcomes. The research group includes faculty members such as Tima Bansal, Diane-laure Arjaliès, Sylvia Grewatsch, Jury Gualandris, and Garima Sharma, as well as several doctoral students. The Ivey Centre for Building Sustainable Value also offers a vibrant community of sustainability researchers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting high quality research using qualitative or mixed methods in relevant fields, and be adept at communicating and writing for corporate executives. The position is designed for those motivated to address macro-social and environmental challenges through corporate action. The postdoctoral fellowship is available for up to three years, with a six-month probationary period.
