Exciting PhD Opportunity at the University of Stuttgart! The Clark Lab at the Institute of Cell Biology & Immunology (IZI) is offering a fully funded PhD position starting January 2026. This project focuses on understanding how mechanical forces regulate intestinal homeostasis and inflammation, utilizing intestinal organoids, live-cell imaging, and mouse in vivo models.

Applicants should possess a master’s degree in life sciences, with strong experience in cell biology or mechanobiology. Experience with organoids or mouse models is a plus. The working language is English.
