TU/e is offering a fully funded PhD position focused on data-driven and behavioral solutions for affordable housing for the middle class.
The position is embedded in an interdisciplinary team of experts including building engineers, data scientists, behavioral economists, and urban development researchers. ?????
?? You’ll work on:
Modeling landlord & investor behavior
Evaluating housing policy shifts
Predictive analytics for affordable housing
Decision-support tools for stakeholders
?? Backgrounds welcome:
Urban/Exact Sciences, Engineering, Quantitative Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics
?? Required skills:
Quantitative modeling (R/Python)
Affinity with housing/sustainability policy
Fluent in English (C1)
?? Conditions:
4-year contract
Gross salary: €2.901–€3.707/month
30% tax ruling for internationals
