The Human-Centered Systems Lab at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) is offering a PhD position focused on 'Human-Centered AI-based Information Systems in Organizations' in cooperation with UIG e.V. The role is part of the third-party funded 'MenschKI!' project, which aims to design and pilot new approaches for personalized learning and the continuous adaptation of generative AI-based information systems to enhance employee productivity and well-being. The research will involve developing scalable transfer concepts for organizational adaptation and collaborating closely with partner companies and UIG e.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing transfer concepts, managing communication and public relations, and representing the project at relevant events. The research is interdisciplinary, combining information systems, human-computer interaction, artificial intelligence, and software engineering. Applicants should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, strong communication skills, creativity, organizational talent, excellent English proficiency, and programming experience or willingness to learn.
