“From Relaxation to Cognition: Mapping the Neurophysiology of GABAergic Modulation”
- This interdisciplinary research investigates how GABAergic modulation, through non-alcoholic interventions, influences brain activity and behaviour. It will combine EEG with cognitive & clinical assessments and computational models, to understand how changes in inhibition affect relaxation and cognition.
- Supervised by me, celia morgan , Professor David Nutt
( SENTIA Spirits , GABA Labs )
- Based in sunny Exeter, Devon
- We’re interested in candidates with a background in neuroscience, psychology, cognitive science or similar, ideally with experience in EEG, MEG or related methods.
