The Bernstein Center for Computational Neuroscience Berlin (BCCN Berlin) offers an international, interdisciplinary PhD programme focused on computational neuroscience. Teaching takes place mainly at BCCN Berlin on the Campus Nord of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and at Technische Universität Berlin.

The programme features international elements, including guest lecturers, workshops, symposia, and projects with partners in Germany and abroad. Doctoral students may be involved in teaching or tutorial activities. No tuition fees are charged, but a semester contribution of approximately 315 EUR applies. Living costs are estimated at a minimum of 1,300 EUR per month. Accommodation options are available through the Berliner Studentenwerk or private arrangements.
