Position Overview: This post-doctoral position centers on the development and characterization of green and sustainable materials for advanced agronomic applications. The successful candidate will work on projects involving polymers, composites, and hybrid systems designed for controlled-release fertilizers, biodegradable films, and environmentally friendly coatings. The role includes designing, synthesizing, and optimizing functional materials tailored to specific agricultural needs, as well as conducting comprehensive material characterization using techniques such as FTIR, XRD, SEM, TGA, and BET.

Research Environment: The postdoc will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team at UM6P, collaborating with both internal and external partners. The position offers access to state-of-the-art facilities for material synthesis, characterization, and testing, and provides opportunities for scientific communication through publications and conferences. The postdoc will also mentor Master's and Ph.D. students, contributing to their academic and professional growth.
