Remote Postdoctoral Researcher Opening in Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Earth System Governance

Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) is inviting applications for Remote Postdoctoral Researchers through its Centre for Research and Innovation Management (CRIM). This opportunity is open to all candidates, including international scholars, who have received their PhD within the last 7 years. The research focus areas include Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Earth System Governance, with strong institutional links to Universiti Teknologi MARA and Universiti Sains Malaysia. The position is performance-based, with honorarium/publication incentives provided for each accepted journal article: RM 5,000 for articles indexed in WoS Q1/Q2 and RM 2,000 for articles indexed in SCOPUS/WOS. Key performance indicators require the postdoctoral researcher to publish two journal articles in WoS Q1/Q2 and three in Scopus-indexed journals (minimum CiteScore 1) within 12 months. The postdoctoral researcher must be the first author or corresponding author, and the supervisor must be the main author from UTeM. International collaboration and affiliation are encouraged.
