PhD Dual Degree in AI-enhanced Multi-criteria Decision Analysis of Offshore Wind Energy Systems (Environmental Engineering, Energy Systems)

This opportunity is for a fully funded dual PhD program in "AI-enhanced multi-criteria decision analysis of offshore wind energy systems and risk control measures," jointly offered by Mahidol University (Thailand) and Liverpool John Moores University (UK). The program is hosted by the Faculty of Engineering at Mahidol University and the School of Engineering, Faculty of Health, Innovation, Technology and Science at Liverpool John Moores University. The research focuses on applying artificial intelligence to decision analysis, risk control, and life cycle assessment in offshore wind energy systems, with a strong emphasis on environmental and water resources engineering. Supervision is provided by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trakarn Prapaspongsa (Mahidol University), Prof. Shabbir H. Gheewala (King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi), Prof. Dr. Jun Ren, and Prof. Dr. Jin Wang (Liverpool John Moores University).
