The Marston Research Group leads this transformative effort, integrating physical hydrology, human water use, and water quality into unified frameworks using advanced AI and data science techniques. The postdoc position centers on global water data science and AI, with responsibilities including the creation of novel global datasets, leadership of international 'Deep Dive' fieldwork, and collaboration with global partners. Required qualifications include a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Hydrology, Computer Science, Earth System Science, or related fields, strong programming skills (Python/R), experience with high-performance computing, and a record of peer-reviewed publications. Preferred skills include remote sensing, machine learning, and GIS.
