Dear Colleagues, I have an open PhD student position in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Laval University, QC, Canada. The admitted PhD student will work on Digital Twin Enabled Spectrum Management for Next-G Wireless Networks. Applicants should have a strong background in optimization, radio resource management, and/or reinforcement learning. Candidates must hold a master’s degree or be currently enrolled in a master’s program, with the degree completed before joining.
