About this position

We're looking for a PhD student to explore personal, social and environmental factors that influence adolescents’ and young adults’ reading behaviours and motivations.

This is an opportunity for a fully funded PhD studentship (including tuition fees, a maintenance stipend, support for research training, as well as research activity support grants), in partnership with National Literacy Trust , supervised by me and Sanne van der Kleij
at the University of Birmingham , and Irene Picton
and Dr Christina Clark at the National Literacy Trust , funded by CENTRE-UB .
