PhD position to unravel the molecular mechanisms of neural network assembly
My lab is looking for a highly motivated PhD student to work on an ERC-funded project investigating the principles of neural network assembly in the mammalian brain. We develop cutting-edge genomic tools (viral barcoding, single-cell and spatial RNA-seq, CRISPR) for high-throughput molecular mapping of neural circuits at the level of single neurons.
