Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) is inviting applications for a fully funded four-year PhD position in Organization and Management Theory. The successful candidate will join the People and Organisations Department and become part of a vibrant academic community at RSM and the Erasmus Research Institute of Management (ERIM).

The position offers the freedom to develop your own research topic within the broad field of Organization and Management Theory, working closely with faculty members such as Greetje Corporaal, Jochem Kroezen, Rasmus Pichler, Bas Koene, and Chintan Kella. RSM provides excellent research support, a collaborative environment, and values both academic rigor and curiosity. Applicants should have a relevant master's degree, strong research skills, and proficiency in English.
