The International Max Planck Research School on Moduli Spaces (IMPRS) is a prestigious graduate programme offered jointly by the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in Bonn (MPIM) and the University of Bonn. Funding is available through a fixed-term contract for three years, based on the German TVöD E13 scale (75% = around 1,900 EUR net per month after taxes, social security contributions, and health insurance). A one-year extension is possible. Enrolment fees at the University of Bonn are 312 EUR per semester, which includes a public transport ticket for all local transport in Germany. The cost of living is approximately 1,500 EUR per month, and accommodation support is provided by MPIM if requested.

Applicants must hold a German 'Diploma', Master of Science, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent degree, and demonstrate proficiency in English (TOEFL or equivalent).
