Candidates will also supervise undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students and may travel abroad for short work assignments.

Required skills include experience in polymer materials, analytical, spectroscopic, and microscopic techniques, strong organizational and communication abilities, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
