Applicants must hold a PhD in materials science, chemistry, or a related field. A solid background in phosphate chemistry, fertilizer or organic activation technologies of phosphate is required. Candidates should have hands-on experience with functional organic materials, coating technologies, and materials characterization techniques. Proven experience in multidisciplinary research, especially with biodegradable materials in agriculture, is preferred. A good publication track record in peer-reviewed journals is expected. Experience in lab co-supervision of Master and/or PhD students is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate scientific writing skills, ability to generate new ideas and solve research challenges, excellent project and time management skills, teamwork and communication abilities, and strong networking and organizational skills.
