?? We are looking for a motivated STUDENT to join our group for a PhD at Swansea University and tackle the pressing challenges of WIDE BANDGAP SEMICONDUCTORS, specifically GALLIUM OXIDE and GALLIUM NITRIDE!

This opportunity is FULLY FUNDED for both INTERNATIONAL and UK students.

You will grow in our newly commissioned 4-inch oxide MOCVD reactor and fabricate devices in the wide bandgap power electronics pilot line at the Centre for Integrative Semiconductor Materials (CISM). You will also be part of the new Doctoral Training Initiative called UK Semiconductor Industry Future Skills (UK-SIFS). This is a stepping stone to be part of the thriving South Wales Compound Semiconductor Cluster.
