The National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST NUCES) Islamabad Campus is seeking applications for the position of Officer in the International Education Office. This role is designed for individuals passionate about higher education internationalization and global university partnerships. The selected candidate will work closely with Shahid Ali Naeem, a Lecturer at Forman Christian College University, and will serve as a second-in-command in the international office, contributing to both institutional and national impact in the domain of international education.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end international programs such as student exchange, dual-degree, and faculty mobility initiatives. The officer will develop, maintain, and implement global university partnerships, coordinate MOUs and agreements, and serve as the primary contact for international students regarding visas, housing, credit transfer, and onboarding. Additional duties involve organizing international events, fairs, and orientations, representing FAST NUCES externally, tracking program data, preparing reports, and streamlining operations using MS 365 and AI tools. The officer will also oversee ongoing international programs, manage day-to-day student queries, and supervise hostel management for international students.

Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree (16 years of education). While relevant experience is preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Essential skills include proficiency in MS Office 365, AI tools, and basic designing software, along with excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and networking abilities are required, as well as adaptability and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
