Postdoctoral Scholar in Flood Risk Management, Decision Analysis, and Environmental Sciences

The Pollack Research Group at the University of Iowa is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar to lead research in flood risk management and decision analysis, focusing on complex social planning problems. The position is based in the School of Earth, Environment, and Sustainability and is supervised by Assistant Professor Adam Pollack. Research topics may include flood-risk infrastructure planning, disaster recovery processes, insurance program externalities, and uncertainty in climate damage attribution.
