Call for Master’s and PhD Students in Biomedical/Computer Engineering – Fall 2025 ( hiring )

We are seeking highly motivated Master’s and PhD students to join our research team in Fall 2025. Our lab focuses on developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) models for medical image analysis, with applications in diagnosis and prognosis of various diseases. If you have a strong background in biomedical engineering, computer engineering, or related fields and are passionate about AI in healthcare, we encourage you to apply.

Research Focus
-Development of AI models for automated medical image analysis
-Diagnosis and prognosis prediction using deep learning and machine learning techniques
-Multi-modal data integration for improved healthcare outcomes
Explainable AI and model interpretability in medical applications

Qualifications
-Master’s Applicants: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
PhD Applicants: Master’s degree in a relevant field (exceptional Bachelor’s students may also be considered for direct-entry PhD programs).
-Programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
-Knowledge of medical imaging techniques (e.g., MRI, CT, X-ray) is an asset but not required.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
