Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA-PF)

Who Can Apply?
- Postdoctoral researchers who have not resided in Türkiye for more than 12 months in the last 3 years (i.e., they have not lived, conducted research, worked, or studied in Türkiye).
- Candidates who have obtained their PhD or successfully defended their thesis (even if they have not yet received their diploma).
- Researchers with no more than 8 years of postdoctoral experience.
- Applications are open to researchers of all nationalities and from all countries.
Program Details
- Project duration: Up to 24 months
- Application process: Researchers must submit their applications themselves with the support of a supervisor at Sabanci University.
Financial Support (Based on 2024 figures, subject to updates for 2025)
- Monthly salary: €5,990 (adjusted by Türkiye's country coefficient of 64.5%, including taxes)
- Mobility allowance: €710
- Family allowance: €660 (*if applicable*)
- Research, training, and networking support: €1,000

Program Details
- Project duration: Up to 24 months
- Objectives:
- To make Türkiye an attractive destination for researchers.
- To support qualified researchers who wish to return to Türkiye.
- To enhance Türkiye’s R&D human resources.
- Program Duration: 3 years (supporting 33 researchers annually).
- Application process: Researchers must submit their applications themselves with the support of a supervisor at Sabanci University.
Financial Support
- Monthly salary: €4,030 (gross)
- Family allowance: €600 (if applicable)
